Karim spent over a decade at Aviva Canada in various capacities: Commercial Underwriting, Business Development, Information and Analytics, Underwriting Leadership. At Real Matters, Karim joined Mark Morissette to build out P&C and Title Insurance solutions. Together, they would go on to start Foxquilt Insurance and create new value opportunities for customers by bringing people and communities together online with a smart and modern approach to insurance.
Roshni is a trusted marketing leader with 15 years of progressive experience helping companies bring brands and products to market. Having started her career working on top consumer brands on the agency side, she has built her reputation by bringing creativity and strategic insights to leading global technology companies such as Microsoft, Sony & Kobo. Most recently, she has built out Marketing teams & brands at domestic technology leaders, Juice Mobile, Thinking Capital, Benecaid and Foxquilt, and has started her own consultancy, specializing in Marketing Strategy, Planning and Communications.
Aly has over 15 years of experience with the Toronto Police Service. He is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness, as well as coaching and mentoring high performers. As a Staff/Detective Sergeant he worked in Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Audit, and Strategy Management.
As an Adjunct Professor at George Brown College, Aly teaches: Human Resource Management; Leadership, Communication and Group Dynamics; Professional Customer Service; and Speaking with Confidence. Aly also is an instructor at Wilfred Laurier University, where he teaches undergraduate courses including: Leadership and Career Development in Law Enforcement; Policing a Diverse and Complex Community; and Communications for Policing.
