Milind Joshi started writing software at the age of 12 and has built teams and platforms for fun and profit for over 20 years. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science and Machine Learning, he has worked in India, Africa, Europe and North America - building businesses. He has been in many different-sized businesses and transitions like mergers and acquisitions. Though he knows his way around, he often gets surprised by twists and the inevitable curve balls. It's why he loves to learn from other curious, smart and experienced people. He meditates intently and is deeply interested in applied spirituality and practical philosophy. Prior to Foxquilt, Milind was VP of Engineering at LightBox, CTO at Ingle International and VP of Data & Technology at RealMatters.

Andrew Kinnear leads a small food company in Canada called Froba Products, makers of organic, dairy-free dessert brand Yellofruit, available now from coast to coast.  After a career in digital marketing and technology with companies like OLG, Tim Hortons, Aimia, Air Miles, HBC, JPMorganChase and more, Andrew changed course to launch a new food brand in an emerging category. He lives in Ontario with his partner Claire and their three children.

Prior to this Anne worked for over 20 years in various financial reporting, planning and analysis roles in Consumer Packaged Goods and Consumer Services industries.
